Axioline Error (AXIO0006): The system variables update task '...' does not exist.

The controller has a register set that is used for storing diagnostic data of the controller and the Axioline F local bus. These registers are available to the application program as system variables (AXIO_DIAG_STATUS_REG_*).

The interval at which these system variables are updated must be configured by selecting an update task as follows:

  1. Double-click the 'Axioline F' node in the PLANT and then open the 'Settings' editor in the editors area.
  2. In the 'Settings' editor, select the 'Update task' category on the left.
  3. Select the desired task. The drop-down list provides all cyclic and idle tasks that are defined in the 'Tasks and Events' editor.

The task which is currently selected does not exist in your project. Probably the selected task has been renamed since selecting it from the drop-down list.

Remedy

Select an existing task as described above.
If no task is selected here, the update is done in an interval of 50 ms.
