Ethernet Error (TCPP0014): The network does not contain a valid end IP address.

The IP end address set for the network in the properties of the 'Project' node is either lower than the entered start address or it does not match the specified subnet mask.

Remedy

To fix this error, you can either correct the IP end address or the subnet mask of the network.

  1. Double-click the 'Project' node in the PLANT and open the 'Settings' editor.

    Alternative: For many errors which refer to the project IP range, double-clicking the error message directly opens the 'Settings' editor.

  2. Specify/correct the suspected 'IP range' setting(s) and confirm each entry with <Enter>.
