CheckSerialNumber input
State-controlled input for activating the validation of the serial number of the Safety PLC.
When writing a recipe data set using the SF_RecipeWrite FB, the serial number of the target device is inserted into the file header.
Data type: SAFEBOOL
Connection: Connect this input to a variable or constant
If the function block is activated (input Activate = TRUE), the possible values at this input lead to the following function block behavior:

| SAFETRUE | Request to compare the serial number of the Safety PLC with the serial number deposited in the recipe file. Data is only considered as valid, if the serial number is identical. |
| SAFEFALSE | Data read from the recipe file is considered as valid without validating the serial number of the Safety PLC.Observe the hazard message below this table. |
