Working with Image Lists

Image lists can be used for displaying various images in the visualization at runtime depending on the value of a numeric variable (HMI tag). This allows you to show an image in the visualization instead of the numeric variable value. The image list is made dynamic by assigning the 'Image list' dynamic with the referenced variable (HMI tag) to an HMI button object.

To use the image lists in localized applications and thus show language-specific images, you can define a different image for each language specified in the 'Extras > Options' dialog. You can also export image lists to a csv file, edit the file with another application, e.g., Excel and then import it.
