Selecting, Copying, Pasting, and Deleting Objects
Selecting objects
You can select objects via the HMI Object Explorer or on the HMI page.
On the HMI page:
- To select an object, left-click the object.
- To select several objects, hold down the <Ctrl> key and left-click the objects or draw a selection frame around the desired objects. To deselect an object, press <Ctrl> and click on the object.
- To select all objects in the page, press <Ctrl>+<A>.
Using the HMI Object Explorer:
If the HMI Object Explorer is not visible, click the 
button on the HMI page editor's toolbar.
Click a single object or hold down the <Ctrl> key or <Shift> key and left-click each object in the Object Explorer.
Copying and pasting objects
You can copy objects via the HMI Object Explorer or on the HMI page.
On the HMI page:
- To copy one or more objects, select the objects and press <Ctrl>+<C> or select 'Copy' from the context menu.
- To insert the copied object(s) on the same page next to the copied objects, press <Ctrl>+<V>. To insert the copy on a specific position on the same page or on another page, click at the desired position on the page and press <Ctrl>+<V> or select 'Paste' from the context menu.
- To copy and paste objects on the same page, you can also use drag and drop. Select the object(s), press and hold the <Ctrl> key while you drag the selection and release the <Ctrl> key at the desired target position.
Using the HMI Object Explorer:
If the HMI Object Explorer is not visible, click the button on the HMI page editor's toolbar.
Select one or more objects or groups of objects in the HMI Object Explorer, press <Ctrl>+<C> to copy the objects and then press <Ctrl>+<V> to paste the objects. The objects are added to the end of the object list.
Deleting objects
You can delete one or more objects via the HMI Object Explorer or on the HMI page.
On the HMI page:
Select the objects and press <Del> or select 'Delete' from the context menu.
Using the HMI Object Explorer:
If the HMI Object Explorer is not visible, click the button on the HMI page editor's toolbar.
Select one or more objects or groups of objects and press <Del> or right-click the selection and choose 'Delete' from the context menu.
