Inserting Objects, Symbols, and Images
HMI objects, instances of an HMI symbol or HMI images can be inserted into a page (HMI page or symbol page) by the following methods.
- Method 1: inserting an object by drag and drop from the COMPONENTS area
- Method 2: inserting a standard HMI object by pick and place (drawing an object)With this method, you can insert an HMI object either with the standard size or with a manually set size (by drawing the object).
In addition, visualization objects can also be copied and pasted via the clipboard from one HMI page to another page.
Once you have inserted an object, you can resize, move or delete the object or group the object. The properties window provided for an object is used to configure the object, i.e., to define static and dynamic properties.
