Moving Objects Forwards or Backwards

You can use the HMI Object Explorer or the editor toolbar and the context menu of an object/object group to bring objects forward or backwards in the page (in the context menu, the Move commands are available in the 'Position' menu). If the HMI Object Explorer is not visible, click the button on the HMI page editor's toolbar.

Button Description

Moves the selected objects one position forward in the page.
Using the HMI Object Explorer, select one or more objects and drag the objects one position upwards in the object list.

Moves the selected objects to the front in the page.
Using the HMI Object Explorer, select one or more objects and drag the objects to the first position in the object list.

Moves the selected objects one position backward in the page.
Using the HMI Object Explorer, select one or more objects and drag the objects one position downwards in the object list.

Moves the selected objects to the back in the page.
Using the HMI Object Explorer, select one or more objects and drag the objects to the last position in the object list.
